The organisation is open to innovation and readily adops latest tchnology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products .Another plus point is that my colleaques come from various culture backgrounds and we work happilly in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is very bad as well as growth is also slow. The work pressure is very high. Some times , I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day. In respect, we did not get any appreciation from seniors. We never got incentives for our hard work .

Work Details

Generally speaking , my work is slightly challenging as i have look after the entire day to day accounting and distribution as well as manage day to day office operation.But i stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own.
