In admission season we have to work 7 days a week. And so much pressure for meeting target, threatening to fire from job. Without proper communication suddenly fire people actually they don't fire, they will say employees to put resignation paper. And will use marketing team for taking admission also use admission counselors for marketing jobs.. Like no other companies do that. Period

It is a highly local place with a local work culture. Zero diversity. Only focus on getting rankings and admissions. Highly biased towards skilled people from outside of the Punjab region.
