If i had to pinpoint something,it would be that sometimes we have so many exciting projects that it's challenging to decide where to focus first .But that's a testament to the abundance of opportunities here!

No growth, being a yes man works like a charm, no appreciation and appraisals are worst. Zero retention rate. Management's ego is the only ruling factor here.

The leadership at CU is truly visionary.They are open to new ideas and provide ample opportunities for employees to take on leadership roles within their departments.

It's a bit of a challenge to find dislikes here. Perhaps ,the elevators could be a tad faster , but it's a minor detail in the grand scheme of things.
