You are liable to work till office hours only. They don't fire easily as they give few opportunities for their employee. Salary is ok

Company's work management is worst. They still rely completely on paper work. Old managers don't want to implement automation process or online process for work. No proper policy for maximum of no. things. Upper management don't want to take any type of responsibility nor they want to delegate some powers to lower-level management due to which the vendors working with them suffer the most.

One of the worst universities. The work culture is toxic. Too much politics. Higher authorities too self obsessed. They lack the vision. People are hired and fired on the whims and fancies. Two to three individuals are running the show. The VC is a joker, the PVCs have no say. They are retired persons who are being used as rubberstamps. There is no job security. A day prior the chancellor will be all praise for you and the next day you will be told to leave the organisation. The HR head is into politics and is always trying to grab the power in all the departments. The departmental heads also are afraid of the HR head and go all out to please him. The HR head himself is having an affair with a former acting HOD of one of the departments. That lady is now working in the examination department after her colleagues refused to work with her. The work culture is very toxic and even those in position of authority are made to feel small and unworthy. In admission season we have to work 7 days a week. And so much pressure for meeting target, threatening to fire from job. Without proper communication suddenly fire people actually they don't fire, they will say employees to put resignation paper. And will use marketing team for taking admission also use admission counselors for marketing jobs.. Like no other companies do that. Period
