Nobody is serious concerning to safety aspects. Safety department's reporting is with Projects head who only sees his production targets and safety is not that important. Safety department should never be under site in charges.
Proffessional are not required here. Here the director has full power. There is no provision to approach higher management.

In admission season we have to work 7 days a week. And so much pressure for meeting target, threatening to fire from job. Without proper communication suddenly fire people actually they don't fire, they will say employees to put resignation paper. And will use marketing team for taking admission also use admission counselors for marketing jobs.. Like no other companies do that. Period
