Horrible HR staff, absolutely terrible Research dept. Dean Mr. Sanjeet Singh. HR Mr. Suraj Batra called to hire for content writer with the research department and did not agree for virtual or call. I insisted what if I travel 40-45 minutes to Kharar and you guys do not shortlist? So it's better to have initial conversation virtually. If you think I am suitable, I will definitely come. But none agreed. I especially traveled. They gave me 9 am time but I reached at 8:50 am. Soon got a called that Mr. Sanjeet will be available only at 9:30. I had my present office at 10 am. I still sacrificed. That over confident Dean sat in his cabin around 9:40 am and I went to knock. He said rudely with a frown - Yes??? I said I have an interview with you. He said with waving hands in a horrific tone- where is your resume? (Mind you guys HR told me not to get anything as my resume has been shortlisted by him and he has it). I said HR must be forwarded I am sorry I didn't get it in a polite manner. Next he asked me to sit & asked 2 questions and said OK GO! He just saw my face and said Tell me how can you increase followers on Twitter? (Is this my job? It can be an elaborated part of my profile but not core) all this while I was blank & he said go! For this nonsense, I travelled. Then I asked HR didn't you tell about my profile. He said Dean thought you were there for social media. Also when I reached CU in the morning, only then HR updated me about roles and responsibilities in detail (as to with what dept. shall I work and I specifically need to write Twitter content. He is this unprofessional that he didn't know even sort my candidature in detail, neither informed Me, nor cooperated for a basic call first). In admission season we have to work 7 days a week. And so much pressure for meeting target, threatening to fire from job. Without proper communication suddenly fire people actually they don't fire, they will say employees to put resignation paper. And will use marketing team for taking admission also use admission counselors for marketing jobs.. Like no other companies do that. Period

Zonal managers are just gao-wala-chhapris ,they will abuse you and threat you. No job security they can mail you anytime "Tommorow would be your last working day". They don't care about your career.
