On campus banks are life saver for busy employees like me. I can quickly and easily take care of my banking needs during my lunch break or before or after work. It saves me alot of time and hassle and i appreciate the convenience and accessibility.

There is also a noticeable lack of accountability among leadership, with a tendency to delegate responsibilities without proper guidance or follow-through. This can make employees feel undervalued and disconnected from the institution's broader vision. Can communicate with different students from different parts of country

In admission season we have to work 7 days a week. And so much pressure for meeting target, threatening to fire from job. Without proper communication suddenly fire people actually they don't fire, they will say employees to put resignation paper. And will use marketing team for taking admission also use admission counselors for marketing jobs.. Like no other companies do that. Period

Nothing. The employee who are writing "professional work culture, etc." in their reviews, the understanding of professionalism might be something different for them. It's a place with a highly unprofessional work culture. All local gundagardi.

It is a highly local place with a local work culture. Zero diversity. Only focus on getting rankings and admissions. Highly biased towards skilled people from outside of the Punjab region. It's all Gunda raaj. No voice for outside people. You feel lonely and unsafe all the time. Top personnel like VC himself are engaged in plantingagainst their team members. Zero job security.
