Hardwork rewarded with more work. Authorities lacks basic skills of professional communication. Verbal abuse is common. The university will call you to work most of the time even on your days off.

I love the campus, it's just so beautiful that the walk back from work erases every single stressful moment from the day. The faculty is helpful, the staff right upto the security guards is so helpful that you won't ever feel lost. Salary is always on time and HR dept is cooperative too.

Dislikes

Saturdays are working most of the time and if you've joined recently, the leaves would be few.

Everything. A person of associate director level abused me several times but no hearing at the management level. The VC (March 2024 - August 2024) himself abused me in front of the whole teaching staff. There is no one to hear of the pain of the employee who are outsiders. It's all a mess.
