There is too much politics in the workplace. It's causing employees to leave, and in the HR department four to five staff members have already left front of me. I was feeling so harassed by HOD (Shweta Lamba)or board of member.I realize now that my decision to join Chandan Healthcare was a mistake.

Seniors Unprofessional behaviour!!! And If an employee leaves his old company where he worked for 10 years for career growth, and joins Chandan company. Then within 3 to 6 months, the Chandan company creates pressure to formally resign from the job and threatens that the company can fire you without any reason. Terrible work culture, worst infrastructure, no leave policy, family politics, no job security, upper management is biased, clear hire and fire policy without giving salary and notice period. No one should join Chandan if you are serious about your mental health and you don't want to ruin your career.
