Everything. Terrible work culture, extreme level office politics, family run business where they don't care if you live or die, low salary, no growth prospects, no job security (you can be fired anytime). It's better to sit idle than join this organisation. It was the worst decision of my life and I had to leave within months. Still regret the time I wasted at this company.

By my opinion Chandan Health Care is not good for any employees health and wealth, but for pocket money people are working their. Any one can cross check their report ( so many time i have to face trouble in market due to the fake reporting by chandan health care)

They will take blank cheque from you that too signed by you , Salary never comes before 15th of the month , . all your emi's will fail , They make you work in field like a peon distributing money packets containing 100 to 150 rs to their high fy.clients to appeas them and make them write prescription for the company at the cost ofhard earned money of the poor patents , Your previous talent and experience will go in vein you will be just a bonded hi tech labour working with a google sheet forcibly downloaded in your fone , all your privacy will be shared , if your are late you will be marked half day , they will never let you work with peace and ease in the tough field they will make it even more tough and hell like. If you move out of your field area suppose in any emergency your k.r.a will be spoiled .You have to work in the field in the worst thunder storm until you die or face an accident. If your 20 doctor calls are not complete in a day they will deduct salary . No per day D.a allowed .Just spend your meagre salary on d.a... Firstly they are very sweet but slowly they will turn out to be hellish spicy monster.
