Working in Chandak Group is a dream come alive for me. The company has a good work culture, job security, tremendous growth personally and economically. I started working with Chandak as a Trainee engineer and today I am a Site Engineer with a lot of technical knowledge and good communication skills. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the begining as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
