1. The top management lacks experience, which impacts decision making and strategic direction. 2. There is lack of clear future planning for tasks and product development, making it difficult to have long term vision. 3. Preference is given to IIT graduate in terms of salary and leadership roles, even though some freshers earns morethan the employees with 10+ years of experience without contributing much value. 4. The work environment feels more like a college project team rather than a professional engineering team, lacking structure and discipline. 5. Tasks are poorly defined, with individuals working independently and focusing more on showcasing their knowledge rather than collaborating effectively. 6. Team work is lacking and there is a noticeable absence of coordination among team members. 7. Do not join this company guys they will ruined your career. Infact there is nothing like company now it's like a shop. They don't have money to pay salary, vendor payments, not even have money for production.
