Ptani funds kaise raise mil jata h inko. Progress ke naam pe sirf documents bnate h. Practically koi baat nhi krta h, politics khelte h, sirf experiments chalte h.. Do not join this company guys they will ruined your career. Infact there is nothing like company now it's like a shop. They don't have money to pay salary, vendor payments, not even have money for production.

You need to stay till late nights, not good appraisal even if you are capable, you can be removed easily from company without any reason. Freshers are more entertained in case if salary and experience people has no facilities like such, health insurance is not for your parents.
