Preference is given to IIT graduate in terms of salary and leadership roles, even though some freshers earns morethan the employees with 10+ years of experience without contributing much value. 4. The work environment feels more like a college project team rather than a professional engineering team, lacking structure and discipline. 5. Tasks are poorly defined, with individuals working independently and focusing more on showcasing their knowledge rather than collaborating effectively. 6. Team work is lacking and there is a noticeable absence of coordination among team members. 7. The company faces financial limitations, which hinder product development and there have been delays in paying supplier invoices for months. 8. The team is disproportionately large compared to the actual amount of work leading to inefficiencies and overhead value. 9. Ptani funds kaise raise mil jata h inko. Progress ke naam pe sirf documents bnate h. Practically koi baat nhi krta h, politics khelte h, sirf experiments chalte h.. Literally nothing. The worst place to work. No promotions or appraisals. They haven't paid any appraisal money or MBOs in over two years. And also don't do FnF of employees who leave.

You need to stay till late nights, not good appraisal even if you are capable, you can be removed easily from company without any reason. Freshers are more entertained in case if salary and experience people has no facilities like such, health insurance is not for your parents.
