Chaayos is a good for learning and improving ours skills & knowledge. It gives a good path to employees for emerging them and increases the courage and motivational level of its employees.

Dislikes

When it comes to salary/appraisal then chaayos has to grow on this point as all the employees needed money to perform and if they are not getting that much pay which they need then they themselves are not able to work so efficiently which they earlier used too.

Work Details

My work is very interesting at chaayos, I believe that chaayos is the company who brings and develop the coal in diamond. Thank you chaayos.!!

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
