Exposure to various things beyond your scope of work. guidance and support from management. Flexible working hours. You can put your suggestions. Management is always ready to accept new ideas and execute them if they are for betterment of people.

Am working as Deputy Manager HR and recently joined Chaayos. The organization is very keen about people's growth and empowerment.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
