Employee benefits under avanta Group was excellent but under murugappa nothing given.Company now debt free but no employee benefits ,still company run with 2017 policies only . They reduced some benefits too . They need a growth but not interested on employees growth .If you go with higher pay then ok after that you will not get more than 8% increment and even not on time till now no appraisal given.
