Great insensitive, factory support is great.

Company branch culture is very terrible especially form Pune branch, work load is vast, old thinking of cineor. You have to do anything to impress cineor, if you have new vision for any work your cineor will disrespect you. & very very work politics. Frankly sharing the review as i have work always form 9 am to11 midnight. Even thenthe politics in branch & impact of castnism is very vast. Hence I have left company....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
