So much politics. Old employees don't wanna work and even they don't support. Old people running the plant and do not welcome new people and have made a terror environment in plant. Lobbying and Favouriteesm is worst thing No control over suppliers Very slow pace of development in terms of new products Top leadership is pathetic and sick

The promotional criteria and procedure is not well as it should be. As a trainee you can't expect to getting on role here. either you are being a good and well productive employee while working or not.

Worst company I ever worked, they don't have any ethics and Hr policy, without any support that just want numbers and threatening everytime. Even after resignation they will not settle your full and final payment and Hr will not have curtsy to reply on the follow up mail. You will not get your hard earned money after separation.
