Last Two years manegement very bad. Before 2 years manegement worked on CG ethics but still no any ethics only pressure pressure. Company's main pillurs is 1 st one is qwality (currently we are not maintaining) second one sales team (facing job security and ecological pressure)

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
