There's lot of behind the scene politics in the management. they pretends to be supportive but in reality they underline your growth. If you suggest something that doesn't align the team the Assistant Manager will keep a close watch on you and holds against you, even going so far as they give negative feedback and warning as well ifyou know to be tommy then ur promotion and salary hike would be great if management changes they IT support team would be great team in CeX, with current management don't join or join or suffer...Read More
