There are some idiotic Managers and Hr people in the organization who dont know work policies . That Fellows(Manager) Release you from projects and put you in PIP for no reason and the Hr People support only the managers they dont give any support to employees.Because of these kind of people employes might lose their confidence andmay not be able to work normally .and also its not good for the company,s reputation....Read More

Ignorance from top management & HR Prashanth Babu. They don't even care for your job nor u r career. Wast of time to be part of this organization. In my case they hired me with in 4 months process gone n put me on the bench without salary for 6 month's. Please guys don't opt any offer from this org otherwise u will be unemployed in no time. HR always promise you as redeployment will be done in 7 to 10 days but those 7 to 10 days never come....Read More

Not stable organization. HR & Management doesn't care of employees. In my case I was on the bench for 6 months in between I was covid + they didn't pay my salary nor insurance cover. They speak lies all the times regards to your salary/future/prospects. HR known for giving wrong info & lies alot Even employees benefits premiums are deducted from your salary.
