It is a very good company.. I will mention the points as per my project.. I worked there as oracle dba 2 1) general shifts- 9 to 6 2) weekends off 3) good managers 4) nice and helpful team 5) wfh 6) cerner has nice hikes but dont know what will be after the acquisition by Oracle 7 ) many things to learn.. Rac asm golden Gate exadata cloud git jira etc 8)manyata tech park campus is nice

Annual appraisal was skipped during the acquisition... Apart from this everything is fine and good.. I miss it..

I would say this is a dream company with world class package. Management is awesome, work life balance is perfect. Remote working , no pressure, manager are god! Well professional employees! I don’t have any negative feedback for this.

Worst team. People have made the environment school like where the director and manager are the principal and others are students. Senior management is worst . Never join this company if you are a DBA else there will be nothing to add in your CV.

Oracle-Cerner in my perspective there is very good work culture which coordinates with each other and have a wide channels for knowledge expansion as long as you are proactive in connecting with peer workers. They only major Dislike would be that they lag the monitory and the promotions to the employees which would actually bring down the motivations for the employe to actively contribute.

Depends on which team you are. Some are amazing to work with, and some have office politics to deal with.

No hikes for past 3 years. But now new employees are hired by Oracle, might get better offer. New employees will earn more than the current senior employees.

It is very difficult to find teams with culture this good. Everyone is entirely supportive and professional. It's a huge plus. Makes everything bearable.

Dislikes

Depending on the work you do, there may not be enough opportunities for growth. Need better appraisal. It's great to be treated well but the monetary compensation matters too.
