Job security is really good, work culture is awesome and mostly depend on manager and colleague. But I saw most of the team here happy with their manager, team and work culture.

Dislikes

I am missing here learning and training and growth. There is no any communication regarding that and only reason employee here resign because of that only. Else if you are okay with your compensation and average appraisal and no learning then this might be the awesome company.

Work Details

Doing operational tasks related with Windows servers and this is my 2nd role here in Oracle Cerner. Previously I was working on VMware domain and doing monitoring and troubleshooting vSphere and ESXi Infra structure related issue.
