Will be having 5 5 4 shift basically 5 days working and 5 days compete off We work for 12 hrs a day on a monthly basis we work around 14 to 15 days These process is good and we get a very good time to spend ..

No growth No hike from 2 years as it's moving to oracle No peace of mind Seniors won't work and always says new joiners are not working Managers are not knowing any process of the work we do so it's upto the team lead who handles everything All old tools are handled by cerner

They only major Dislike would be that they lag the monitory and the promotions to the employees which would actually bring down the motivations for the employe to actively contribute.

It is very difficult to find teams with culture this good. Everyone is entirely supportive and professional. It's a huge plus. Makes everything bearable.

Dislikes

Depending on the work you do, there may not be enough opportunities for growth. Need better appraisal. It's great to be treated well but the monetary compensation matters too.
