The culture is very nice, even the managers are very humble and communicate very often. We get latest laptops to work, some of us are working on MACBOOK PRO 32 GB. The payment is approximate double to what other organisations offer for as per work experience. We are working on cutting edge technologies and Testing is given a lot ofimportance in Cerner. During Corona pandemic we got a lot of help from our org. Even before the Tech Giants declared WFH, Cerner had declared WFH for all employees. Special leave was given during Cyclone to those who were unable to work. We have received payment timely and managers are co operating with every employee in every possible way....Read More

1. Teammates are great 2. Managers are great 3. The company provides Mac Book Pro to developers. 4. Subsidiary rates of food in the cafeteria. 5. Regular events and activities. 6. Innovation, people wiiling to explore new technologies and lots of support from the seniors in learing the domain and technologies. It's one of the firm where a person would continuously learn throughout the tenure of the job.
