The management keeps on changing the appraisal cycle every alternative years and no arrears are paid. The Job title is changes almost every two years. No clarity with the market value for the new titles. Growth is very very bad. The amount in CTC and the amount paid in AGC has lot of difference.
Management towards associate's groth, job framework being changed every 2 years, appraisal cycle being changed every 2 years, No motivation , no recognition
I have been with cerner for more than 10 years and the Cerner I joined and the current Cerner is totally changed. The Experience is least concern now and the work is becoming very pathetic. They have started ignoring the value of associates and their work
