Challenging role when dealing with client. Good KC counterparts who value the help you do in the project. New things to learn within the solutions taken.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Your value is known only when you put down your papers. Work is not appreciated. Micromanagement. To relieve stress you cannot interact with people other than within team as leads and managers do not like it which is kiddish. If work culture improves it can be a better place to work. Hike and travel opportunity is less.
