I started my carrier with this company and it is going to be 5th year.I learned many things from my seniors and my colleagues. I like mostly the work environment & work-life balance.

Work pressure is very high.Manager do not value the individuals unique strength,at the time of appraisal mostly they unnoticed my best job done.Growth is very slow.
