Worst management. There is no any policy either HR or any other department. Different different parameters apply on employee. No training programme. HR is very week and behave very bad with those employee who left the company. There aim is cut amount of exit employee for any reason. NOT ADVICE TO ANY ONE TO BE JOIN.
