Everything is good in this company. Little bit feel insecure, but hopes for best. Work culture good in company. Management also good and supportable. Company policy are very clear and transparent, i.e. very much important.

We are hard as well as smart worker. And we always eager to give our best. We want to secure our bright future here. There is nothing to dislike. But, from Management we need best support to his ground level employees like incentive scheme, medical facilities, job assuarance etc.

This is my first tile company before that my experience is with Paint companies. My work life in Cera is good, as we listen from some people that working in tile section is very bad experience. But I am happy to work with Cera tiles.
