Everything from Mangement to Product quality is shit. They only cares about monthly business apart from that nothing. Even if employee is sick or his hand is broken due to job they do not care. They just want labour to do their work.

As far as my branch concerns, it is employee friendly environment. Too much of work pressure which is quite obvious at this level. Better to say area of improvement. 1. Inter departmental transfer opportunity should be explored since it is the biggest company in this segment and has lot of other departments'. 2. Intervention of top level management in few smallest thing should be avoided. 3. At times, company thinks that market would except whatever it does, which is not reality.
