This company is good company for learning about press. And also learning of Aluminium. Better for Experience.

Work environment is very good.total management s are supportive.company policy are very good.learning possiblity is much better.

They do not provide good salary.there is a lot of politics.

I joined 2018 as a quality assurance supervisor grade s4.after one year I am incharge of ABS and ESC department.I learnt everything on the Job.I handle the both production as well as quality.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
