If you are Joining as PA than it is best to not join. Both PA and PE do same work. But treatment PA get is not good. Also there is no proper procedure do the work in company. They still not use basic project management tools. Also appraisal only depends on your presentation skills it is not depend on you work. Work like is balance on average salary. For the freshers cdac is gud but not for experienced . After 2 years u will not grow, you will be in a comfortable zone .

1. Work life balance is really pathetic. In my tenure of 2yrs barely I remember i left the office on time. 2. Due to lack of Employees engagement activities employee doesn’t find any motivation to work here. 3. Being government organisation, no initiatives for implementation of new technology or SDLC tools.
