Demotivating Managers, the managers lacking the basic necessary technical knowledge and engaging in office politics rather than learning and supportive based environment. The company is working like a school system , strict break time , lacking the basic amenities for women ,no room for relaxing. Strict office hours , and if we com e office just 1 minute or 10 minu late then our full day salary will cut that is the rule Sudden roles , without give any notice or circular<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
