It is very nice place to work, you can teach to students from various states, you can improve your communication skill and get good work experience but location is remote area so you may suffer another thing, if you are working as contractual faculty there is no job security. salary is good. overall it is better for getting experience. If you are getting permanent post over there it is good to join because its newly established so you have lot of scope for improvement and you may get freedom to work as you like....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
