It is a place of learning for everyone. I keep learning throughout the day and am occupied in some form of study. The colleagues are very professional and cooperative. The seniors are very supportive and give good opportunities as well. I was even sent on tours as guest faculty to various colleges to train students. One tour got canc elled because of COVID-19. Due to this Pandemic, we were asked to stay at home and CTTC has provided salary for 2 months. As faculty of the training department, we have still not attended the training center on account of lack of trainees. I hope the situation gets better in the near future....Read More

The Job security is at question as of now, as we are unaware if we are still hired or laid off due to COVID-19. Salary was not provided for this month so the doubt remains. And there is no official word or notice from the management of CTTC. I hope we get informed sooner rather than lat er about our employment status so that we can start preparing for the future employment options....Read More

Work Details

I am an OJT in the CAD/CAM Training department. I work as assistant faculty and help to train the candidates. I'm also a soft skill trainer. I have been sent on tours to teach short term courses to students at various colleges.
