I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Good place to waste your talent. The organisation treats their employees as their personal butlers, there is no structure or process for work. The program leads are super incompetent. This is the only place where you feel like you loose all your skill if you continue here for long.
