Being piping engineer I involved in engineering in less time but involved in production of iso' s more time. There is no team work and only one man army work.Also we don't think in a innovative way just keep working without using our mind.

Dislikes

There is no team work, only they expect one man army work. Also I don't want all the things just fedup with company working culture and no working procedure just keep on working like goat.

Overall it perfect to do job in CBI, even experienced or freshers. Really its a good opportunity to learn so many things and to involve in multiple activities & disciplines. Simply I can say if the the person did 5 Yrs job then he can do anywhere. Which means we will get much more stuff in knowledge point of view.
