It's very bad experience

I was working in Cenlub industries limited 2.5 years.At a time of increment company told me please resign or company will terminate you. When I asked a reason company didn't say anything. I said without any reason please terminate me I will not resigned. Next day when I reached the office to collect my full n final amount. Company told me as per your work company has 90k loss due to wrong ordering. So company will deduct all money as a behalf of loss. When a said please proof it. At a time company show me that other person project orders mentioned in my name. Also company said to me we will Blacklisted you so you will not get a job. After that company force me to resign at a time one person write my resignation and then company force me to sign it. Due to fear I sign it after that company will deduct my 50% amount of my all full and final amount. At a full and final time my 1.5 months salary and 8 days my EL and my 6 months bonus all total amount up to 1 lack. But company will provide me only 46000.
