Poor work culture, poor management, poor facilities like downgraded old pc models and slow pc, slow internet connectivity, but expect more results without input. Mobiles not allowed using phone is also restricted. They use to spy even if you go to toilet. Working in some government holidays, school timings - 8:30 to 5:30 strict, if 5 mins late they will blackmail to kick out of job. 2 years bond for freshers. Peaceful work environment. The management is transparent. Company policies are good. Good learning platform for freshers.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a different roles. Learnt lot of things without anyone guide. Very challenging job.
