Helps to learn Rockwell, Mitsubishi plc and hmi software. Salary hikes will good for freshers.

Dislikes

PF is fixed so, it's not useful considering for a long term. Work timings is too long. More than 12 hours spent for work (1 hour travel). Career growth is less. Just copy paste in most of the project.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Poor work culture, poor management, poor facilities like downgraded old pc models and slow pc, slow internet connectivity, but expect more results without input. Mobiles not allowed using phone is also restricted. They use to spy even if you go to toilet. Working in some government holidays, school timings - 8:30 to 5:30 strict, if 5 mins late they will blackmail to kick out of job. 2 years bond for freshers.
