Learning too many things in less time...this implies to field experience only, but for technical advancement in expertise, I won't recommend this company. Multi-tasking weekly and monthly tasks, multi-tasking positions also at times of need . Good for a Crash course (max. 1 year) in the concerning field only....never for long term.

Dislikes

1) It all depends on the Project In-charge and the Project overall scenario ...if in charge is good and the situation is poor... it can turn out pretty bad an experience. 2) A piece of advice, just mind ones own business. And don't even consider to help others as most of the time they are the ones who are benefited because you are doing their work for them and you are obliged to do that work for a smooth completion of the task assigned to you... basically you need to do their work for your peace of mind to carry out your assigned task effectively. 3) Veterans and Elites can manage through even in the poor project condition as they are benefited by the company enough alternatively...so as to maintain their work-life balance. 4) Salary....just a nightmare, some are benefited especially the ones that just look into their computer screens 9 to 5 and be selfish in their domain of work type of people..<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Less famous you are more chances of getting a salary hike, why you ask, cause you are never in the list of "the talk of the town" people, whether its for good, bad or worse, thereby none gets to know you exist so as to even begin judge you</mark>. So Review time, no bad remarks about you so you are eligible for a hike 5) Non payment of salaries, just a new normal now. Taking advantage of all possible matter and even testing the limits, just to delay the salary and even sending employees back to their home countries promising to pay later . 6) More the Pro-active you are, more the work, targets, meeting the deadlines etc. is expected. They would never consider that you multi-task for a smooth running of project, so blunders are considered a taboo which seems to happen frequently due to multi tasking. And company says they are not in a position to fill the vacant manpower positions, so that you can avoid such blunders, but never happens so because they claim that they are currently in a poor financial condition or even they also say that its beyond the allotted budget....Read More

QA/QC Documentation, inspection facilitator, Draftsman..many a times, Electro Mechanical systems Corordinator. Main-Contractor tutor/assistance in the project work. Project Consultant assistance as well.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training isn't given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.
