While building applications for global clients is fulfilling, While working on high-impact projects for global clients is rewarding, the rapidly changing requirements and tight release timelines can create high-pressure situations. However, the leadership is approachable, and they always find ways to help us manage our workload effectively.

Unfortunately, the work-life balance here is quite poor. Deadlines are strict, and if missed, higher-ups tend to behave poorly.

Handling clients from different industries has been a good learning experience. The career opportunities are very vast here. Few months back, I even got the chance to travel abroad and present at a tech summit. It was my first time being on an international platform. I am happy with the work and environment here.

As a trainee, I did not expect to get so much hands-on experience so soon but within few months I was handling my own projects. Even the interns here get quality experience and practical learning. The company invest in training and development for all employees. It is a nice workplace for freshers.

It's not a typical 9 to 5 job and there are days when we have to work long 12 hours.

If you get into good project then you will be safe. You might get good manager who stands for you then you can survive here.

Dislikes

Some Team members are good but overall management sucks. If you are on bench for more then 1 month, you will be fired.
