I joined a few months back they put a contract in place so that you can't leave the organisation but they will fire you without notice when they don't need you. I saw the entire team sacked without notice their pay stopped and no remuneration at all. Super micro management and toxic work culture and they are running a scam in total,they don't pay on time, usually salary credited after 10th of every month. Unnessecary deduction and no holidays at all even on popular holidays. Managers play a blame game and save themselves everytime. They can ask you anything but you can't ask them anything. In initial phase, learning is vero good, I repeat in initial phase only.
There is no management driven process. Every decision is taken by only so called seniors. If senior likes you, you are safe and if not, they will open the exit door of the company. There is no value of your work. At the time of appraisal they say we can't give you increment this and that. Even many employees got layed off at the time of appraisal. Try not to join this senior's company.
