I joined a few months back they put a contract in place so that you can't leave the organisation but they will fire you without notice when they don't need you. I saw the entire team sacked without notice their pay stopped and no remuneration at all. Super micro management and toxic work culture and they are running a scam in total, they don't pay on time, usually salary credited after 10th of every month . Unnessecary deduction and no holidays at all even on popular holidays. Managers play a blame game and save themselves everytime. They can ask you anything but you can't ask them anything.
