Supportive employees/colleagues but the management is poor

No increment has been done since I joined this company. Management hardly listen to your queries. You're not an employee to them but a disposable which could be thrown away whenever management wishes Hardly get any appreciation and the work culture is becoming increasingly toxic and stressful.
