No they where not supporting during covid lockdown

The work pressure is to high. We have to work 10 to 13 hrs a day. We have to attend the concall evening and some times late night also.. I would rate 0% in work life balance.

Everything is a ??. I don't remember even a good thing about this company. One thing is that wherever we go, we can learn about process. Incentives are better but there are issues.

Candidate who got selected for Team lead could be degraded to Telecaller within a month or two and without even considering candidate's growth and career who performed with good numbers by over achieving target on first month. No disciplines and no control. Coc not adhered properly. Pressurising the employees to complete target without allocation of systems or computers. Mobiles are allowed to make calls to customer but could be restricted temporarily according to their needs stating violation and compliance issues. Salary and incentive issue are there.
