Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours in a day . there are new plant so some facilities gain moderately, which is a pain sometimes.

Generally my work is slightly challenging as machine fault ,breakdown in machine,machine part damaging , also manage day to day yield operations.on the basis of my personal research I get work closely with my seniors , her working with fully openness.

Low knowledgeable people, personal ego issue, low co-operative, Chinese mindset (produce copycat), selfish culture, old technologies, poor data management, lobbying, sycophant belief, assigned boring job for intern to complete first to gain something for appraisal.

If you are in sales there is no work life balance. You need to work for even from morning 8 AM to 8 pm. Even you have to work on sunday. Company has so much work pressure. The career growth is very slow.
