the Office space and interior is great. Good example of decent architecture. Directors are humble and down to earth but not approachable to the staff.

Dislikes

CEAT is extremely diplomatic in its approach. Absolutely no work life balance. Senior Management Employees do not work at all. Work pressure is naturally brought to other Employees. They curb the growth of youth Employees. Tensed office atmosphere as there is lot of disconnect and differences between different departments. Appraisal is very poor no matter how hard Employees work.
